Any dispute arising solely from use of this website or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Harris County, Texas, and the federal courts having jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Disputes arising from a professional engagement are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the applicable engagement agreement, if any.
11. Changes; Severability
MakHill may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
